    Do not ever think that just because Ben spends 5-6 minutes introducing his yoga series that the workout is going to be easy. In fact, it will kick your butt no matter what shape you are in. Felt this in my biceps, triceps, core, gluts, thighs, and heart…couldn’t get closer to a full body workout! Thanks Ben!
